Amara, an addition to the La Fontana restaurant family in New Jersey, is an innovative space that blends tradition and modernity, offering a vibrant culinary and social experience. With three distinct areas - a cigar lounge, a Mediterranean food and drinks area, and a steakhouse - Amara fosters connections through diverse flavors. The central concept of the project was inspired by a pattern of triads, reflected in the name and architecture of the space, resulting in a sophisticated, plural, and unique brand.
